ANKAMA IN THE HEART OF THE JAPAN EXPO
A 250 m² stand dedicated to the ANKAMA Creations.

For this 8th meeting of the Japan Expo, the ANKAMA group really wants to mark the occasion by presenting all the articles that made it successful and revealing all its upcoming projects. Indeed, during this major event, all of the activities of ANKAMA will be gathered on a 250 m² stand to unveil their novelties.
Ankama Games, already renowned for its extremely popular game DOFUS, which counts more than three million players worldwide, will present its new game Wakfu, in exclusivity. The Ankama Games team also entirely revised the Dofus-Arena game. They will present its second beta version and players will be able to try it out by participating in tournaments. Ankama Games will also organize its first cosplay competition about the DOFUS and Wakfu universes.
The Ankama Editions team is also on the frontline since it will seize the opportunity of this 8th meeting to present the sixth volume of the DOFUS manga. Ankama Editions sold more than 80,000 copies of its previous volumes and is hoping to have the same success with this last one. As for the DOFUS Artbook – session 3, it is planned to overpass the sale of 10,000 copies. But this is not over yet… There will be loads of surprises including the preview of the second volume of Mutafukaz (release August 5, 2007) and the Qee Mutafukaz 777. Ankama Editions is also extremely proud to present a brand new comic book Maliki (vol. 1) and the pilot issue of a magazine dedicated to the ANKAMA universe. Finally, visitors will be able to meet the CaféSalé artists who will be there to sign their first artbook!
Last but not least company of the ANKAMA group, Ankama Animations will present its very first short film (about 10 minutes) about Goultard the Barbarian, a puzzling character with a chaotic background. This animation will be shown in the film theatre of our stand.
