Press Release posted on April 16, 2007

After winning multiple awards in 2006 at the Flash Forward Festival and the Independent Games Festival, DOFUS has just been awarded the Bytten Ernie Award 2007 for Best Graphics And Concept Art.

This constitutes another achievement and reward that will keep us focused on developing great and innovative games and do our best to continuously surprise the independent gaming community.

Mark Sheeky, Editor of Bytten.com stated: "I absolutely love the game world conceptualisation and visual beauty of DOFUS. Vibrant colour schemes and gorgeous cell-shaded graphics make towns, dungeons and wilderness areas come to life."

Although he is not himself a fan of the genre, Sheeky later added: "Ankama Games have meticulously created a myriad of playable characters that are visually customisable. This affords all player avatars a unique look, and this further adds to the in-game immersion."

Ankama Games is proud to be rewarded once more for its creativity and its will to come up with innovative products that appeal to all kind of gamers whether they are casual or hardcore.
